Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars.
- HOA has now said long-term renters will need a new parking
pass every 30 days. The cost is $40.
- For renters staying up to 14 days the parking pass charge is
$30 starting in January.
Linens are provided; however, kindly bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property and are required to provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not permitted.
