In 1990, she was inspired to take that hospitality experience and put her efforts toward becoming a real estate agent. Her passion for the business and the people she worked with and served only grew over time. By 1998, she stepped into the world of property management fueled by an unwavering commitment to providing quality care to customers and homeowners through every step of the vacation rental process.

Nearly 24 years on, Shirley and her incredible team at Poole & Associates are still endlessly excited about the work they do!
