The Master bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen, and the third has a full. All bedrooms have a balcony entrance. The dining table seats six and there is room for three more at the bar. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Be advised that the association is NOT a pet-friendly property.
The association retains the right to ensure that all pets on the property are documented and registered prior to the guest’s arrival. All pets on the property without proper registration will result in the owner being fined $200 per day, the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
