Located on the 6th floor, this one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps up to four guests and features:
Direct Gulf views from the kitchen, living room, and private balcony
Lagoon and pool views from the bedroom
Free private Wi-Fi
New 70" Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, and more
The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, and the fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all major appliances. The dining table seats four with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and an updated, elegant shower. For added convenience, a stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway.
🚗 Parking & Policies
Parking passes are purchased onsite through the association
Boat/boat trailer parking requires a separate $20 pass
Linens provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Starter set of essentials included: hand soap, paper towels, TP, garbage bags
Primary renter must be 25+ and present a valid photo ID at check-in
No smoking / No pets
