It is a quiet, family-friendly complex with on-site parking and security. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent as well as parasailing, jet-skis, and much, much more. There are ample chairs and chaise lounges poolside, as well as restrooms and vending machines. There is also a landscaped area with a BBQ area, and a grassy area suitable for Frisbee, flag football, or for the kids to play! Located one mile from intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, it is convenient to major shops, restaurants, The Hangout, The Pink Pony, and other attractions.
This unit is in Gulf Shores and is a spacious, updated three bedroom/three bathroom beachfront condominium located on the 7th floor – ideal for large families or groups of friends! The first thing you notice as you walk through the door is the updated kitchen with everything you need to cook a big meal. You will also find a full sized washer and dryer for your utmost convenience. The dining area has a table that can expand to accommodate six people; two more can be seated nearby at the kitchen bar. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen television with a Blu-ray player. Also, this residence provides FREE WIFI for you as well during your stay.
There is a balcony on each side of the condo. From one, you have a full panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico – perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets. From the other wrap-around balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay. The master suite has a king bed and opens onto the balcony overlooking the beach. The middle bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto the wrap-around balcony that overlooks the bay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat screen television. This unit can comfortably sleep eight people thanks to the new sofa bed in the den.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
