Surf Side Shores is a low-density condominium featuring 200 feet of private white beach, two large beachside heated pools, and two kiddie pools.  It is a quiet, family-friendly complex with on-site parking and security.  Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent as well as parasailing, jet-skis, and much, much more.  There are ample chairs and chaise lounges poolside, as well as restrooms and vending machines.  There is also a landscaped area with a BBQ area, and a grassy area suitable for Frisbee, flag football, or for the kids to play!  Located one mile from intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, it is convenient to major shops, restaurants, The Hangout, The Pink Pony, and other attractions. 

Clean and spacious, this condo is a corner unit located on the 2nd floor with three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.  The balcony is tiled and has a balcony height table and four chairs. There are additional chairs to spare. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with French doors that open to the beachfront balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: 
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.  

Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
