For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest 807 is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.

Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
