This Gulf front haven provides a cozy yet spacious setting for the entire family. The balcony showcases breathtaking views of the pool area, the beach, and the extensive Emerald Coast. The kids will be delighted with their own bunk beds, complete with pocket doors for nap time privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family, to be enjoyed in the living area or on the balcony while embracing the stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. Additionally, the exact same unit is available right next door. The master bedroom is adorned with a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, along with a TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two more guests comfortably. You can listen to music on the stereo, watch a movie, or connect to Wi-Fi for browsing the web.
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.
The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Policies:
Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
