Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Beginning September 12, 2023, the association will begin the removal of existing tile on the northside ground floors of both Towers A & B. Demolition and construction activities will occur from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Set up may begin at 8:00 am and clean up may take place after 5:00 pm. There are times that construction will be approved on weekends to expedite completion and take advantage of favorable weather conditions. It is anticipated the entire project will take approximately two months (mid November) to complete.
PARKING
As construction takes place two spaces directly in front of each building will be used for a trailer and one work vehicle. These spaces are the Owner Parking immediately east of the Tower A entrance and the handicapped parking immediately west of the entrance. The spaces will be clearly marked. Please respect these conditions during the construction phases. Please avoid areas blocked off with caution tape.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required. The first one is included in the reservation, compliments of the owner. For an additional parking pass, the cost is $55.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
