Unit 704 is on the 7th floor. This luxurious beach condo has everything you could possibly ask for! It has been freshly remodeled and is loaded with all the extras! Entering the condo, you will immediately see the high-end furnishings, tall ceilings, large decorative trim, and tile flooring. New carpet was just installed and looks fantastic! There is a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, raised bar for additional seating, wet-bar w/ice maker, appliances, and refrigerator with ice-maker. The large open floor plan in living area with sliding doors leads to a large Gulf front balcony. The balcony has two tables with seating for six to relax and listen to the waves rolling in. The dining area has table with seating for four, plus three more at the bar. The living area has a new 50" flat screen TV, with all new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, arm chair, and leather recliner. The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, sliding doors leading to the balcony, ceiling fan, suite with walk-in closet, jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and much more. It is a must see!! The second bedroom has two full beds, flat screen tv, and a private bath with tub/shower combo.
The owner of this condo also owns number 703, which is right next door. If available, both can be rented for the same dates to accommodate groups of up to 16.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum. The first one is to be used for the unit designated parking spot. Please note, purchasing an additional pass does not guarantee the availability of a parking space, as non-designated spaces on the property are limited. In the unlikely event that all guest designated parking spaces are filled, you may have to find alternative parking for the additional vehicle. ***One assigned parking spot on 2nd level in parking garage.*** The height of the garage is 7 ft. South parking area (not covered). First come first serve basis.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
