You are directly on the beach, with views of the water from the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms, AND private, covered parking. Inside you will find that the first floor has a full kitchen, dining area and living room, plus a half bath. The second floor is where the master bedroom is located and it features a King size bed, TV and a private bath. The second bedroom is also located on this level and it features a Queen size bed, TV, and a full bath, as well as a full size washer and dryer. The third floor features a Full size bed, a Twin size bed, and (wait for it)................a jacuzzi tub!! For the convenience of your extra guests, the living room features a Queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances and dishes, so all you will have to bring is your groceries! In the offseason after Hurricane Sally, Ocean Reef has recently upgraded to a high-speed WIFI service, better cable, and updated the pool furniture. For the flame-grilling aficionados, grills are provided in the pool area (first come, first served, of course).
This condo is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, close to all of the best attractions in the area. Just a short, 4 block walk from the world-famous Hangout, along with plenty of shopping and dining options. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.
