Loved our condo

We really loved our condo. It was the perfect size and the location was amazing. Only complaint is that we were on second story and with a knee injury those stairs were awful. The pool shut down due to some issues one day but it was back up and running within a few hours that was very impressive. All in all it was a great trip and I'll definitely come back.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay overall in this very nicely decorated condo! It was clean, had everything we needed, and there was plenty of room. The additional sink and toilet in the loft really helped since is only one full bath. Our only issue was the very noisy neighbors. They were so loud and rambunctious that our metal staircase rattled off and on for hours until they finally settled around midnight. Not the fault of our condo owner, but wanted you to know. You may want to check on the condo next to ours! They were so loud we almost called the authorities. They also rang our doorbell 3 times around 11:00 pm when we were trying to sleep. Other than that, the condo would've gotten the highest rating.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. Our condo was decorated so cute and it felt like a home away from home, the place was just right for us. We all had comfortable sleeping areas and plenty of space for 6 of us. Well equipped with kitchen items to cook, even big family meals. The pool was perfect and even had some floats and toys to play with that stayed at the pool. The beach was right there which was also great, we didn't have to walk far for anything. Only true problem we had was that there was no elevator and all those stairs with all of our stuff plus my older slightly handicapped mother made it a bit difficult. And the parking had to be paid for except one car even though we could fit two cars in the parking spot. It was another 50$. I'd say there is always going to be something to complain about, but these complaints won't keep us away. We will be back to the condo again.

The place was cute. Kitchen had basic supplies to cook with. Cookie sheets are rusty. Everything was in working condition. Unit was clean at first glance but then noticed that details had been ignored for a while. Dust thick on lights and behind tables, along the base boards. Needs a good thorough cleaning. Furniture stained too.

Great condo/great location

Adorable condo. Decor was so pretty! Great location. Very well appointed. Definitely an older condo, but nicely updated. The beach in this area was not as crowded because it isn't a high rise complex. The only negative would be the 2 flights (4 sets total) of stairs to climb with luggage. Would stay again for sure! Gillian at Poole was fantastic!

Quaint Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. The grounds and pool were nice and well kept. Also, the condo was the perfect size for the 7 guest staying and we didn't have any issues with the one shower. Our crew is cool and take turns and it all worked well. Beds were comfy and everything was clean upon arrival. Check in process as by far the easiest one I've ever dealt with and the team was very friendly. We will stay in this location again in the future. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay this week. We will certainly consider coming back again next year. The air conditioner had a problem but we called and someone was out very quickly to address the problem. We hope to see you again next year.
