There is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a loft that serves as a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs in the loft there is another seating area with a TV and sleeper sofa. The loft features 1 queen, 1 full, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest.
This condo is a top floor, corner unit facing the Gulf side of the building. The balcony is spacious at 600 Sq. Ft. with a wrap around feature. It has plenty of seating for guest and a porch swing to relax and hear the waves crashing on the beach. The condo has everything you will need for a carefree vacation. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience and free Wi-Fi is also available, so don’t forget your tablets and laptops.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
