Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum. During special holiday time periods (Hangout Fest weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Saturday to Saturday during week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, and Shrimp Fest weekend) 3 bedroom units are limited to TWO parking passes, and 2 bedroom units are limited to ONE parking pass.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
