This spacious two-story condo is fully furnished and well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and silverware, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The condo accommodates up to seven people with two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a hide-away bed. Heron Landing is the perfect spot for a family vacation, offering a great mix of activities and relaxation for everyone. See you at the beach!

Great place for 5. Easy beach access and lagoon is right out back. Fish the gulf or lagoon sit on the beach and at the pier very peaceful. Have fun.

Great property! Clean, cute, welcoming! Was really impressed with all of the beach supplies in the storage shed below deck!! Next time I will not waste trunk space on lugging all of our umbrellas and chairs! Check in and check out process were also a breeze. Loved it and will definitely book here for our next visit.

The condo was exactly as advertised, very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were extremely friendly especially chef Jeff. Definitely would consider staying there again. Excellent beach access across the street.

Great little unit with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was nice having 2 master suites per couple. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed to make breakfast everyday. Loved all the beach chairs and cart to use on the beach, which was just a short walk away. Would stay here again!

listed as "sleeps 6", but I would not want to have 6 people there at a time. Kitchen looks to be updated recently and had everything we needed. Rest is OK, but could use some updates and new mattresses. All in all served the purpose for a short visit.

The location of this unit was perfect for us. We loved the closet of supplies downstairs to utilize. Improvements could include pot holders & kitchen towels-- getting hot pans from the oven was a challenge. We reserved the unit for 7 guests however that 7th guest didn't have a good place to sleep. Online it stated there would be a roll away bed but it turned out to be an air mattress that came with no sheets which is a bit unsanitary. Our 20 yr. old son ended up sleeping on the floor. Not the best arrangement. All in all, it was a good stay.

Herron Landing

Enjoyed staying at Herron Landing so much that I am ready to come back. Even though there is not a full view of the ocean, it is just a couple minutes walking distance. there is access to using a beach wagon, beach chairs along with so much more. the rental property was clean for the most part but some things looked like they were overlooked. The Poole and Associates Investment Team was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I highly recommending staying here.

This place was great! Close enough to everything but far away from the crowds. The beach access is across the street which is not at busy as the east side. We would definitely book again! Wish we could have enjoyed it more since we were there for a volleyball tournament.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean, stocked with all necessities needed for a vacation. Loved that it had a 1/2 bath on the main floor and each bedroom had its own bath. Outdoor areas are awesome. Great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning or eat in the evening. Also, easy access to the beach and a quick minute walk to the dock on the lagoon. Beautiful lagoon sunsets. The pool is small but it was a perfect and refreshing way to cool off from the 90+ degree days. Also loved the area it is located on west beach away from the more crowded parts of Gulf Shores. The only issue (and it wasn't really an issue) was the outlet didn't work in the blue bedroom master bath. Overall, perfect place to stay for a vacay on the Alabama Gulf Coast!

This place was great ! The management company was professional and made our arrival day so simple . The location was perfect ! Right across the street from the beach . The road wasn't busy unlike others we had looked at . Beach access right there ! Condo was super clean . Loved the duel decks !! Took many walks on the beach at night with flash lights . As renters we had access to the umbrellas and floats which was great ! The kids were excited they could fish off the dock ! Thank you !

The condo was very clean and well stocked, especially with extras. Only complaint was regarding the 2 non-working smoke alarms which needed new batteries. This wasn't discovered until we had already been there 2 months, and we ended up replacing the batteries ourselves. Listening to construction all winter was very annoying, but thats not your fault. The area is growing too much. We would have really liked to stay for March as the weather at home is too cold to return. Your company was easy to work with and all the employees were very helpful and nice.

Even though we only stayed a few days, we had a great time in Gulf Shores! The house was perfect for us. The walk to the beach wasn't far at all, and we loved having access to the Bay as well. The house came well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only complaint we had was the hide away bed. It was in pretty rough condition and some of the boards holding the mattress up were cracked so it was an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that, it was a wonderful place and we'd love to rent it again!

Very nice and clean place. I didn't like the $136 VRBO charge that is issued without a notice before hand. The charcoal grill wasn't usable since the complete bottom was rusted out. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Would recommend this unit to anyone. Beds are comfortable. Beach just across the street and the owner has left pretty much anything you need to take to the beach. Unfortunately, our weather was not ideal to spend much time at the beach. But, would consider staying here again if we ever come back to Gulf Shores, AL.

This was such a nice cozy place set away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, yet still close to everything. The lagoon was beautiful and I couldn't keep bait on my hook which was awesome! The beach was just a short walk across the street. It was also so nice that the owners provided a cart to put all your beach equipment in so you didn't have to make multiple trips. There were also beach umbrellas and beach chairs they had for us. The house was comfortable and even though it's not completely beachfront, you get a glimpse of the ocean and lagoon from the beautiful balconies. I was very happy with this place and hope to be back soon!

Very nice condo, I liked how spacious it was. We had two toddlers and they loved the small pool, we had it to ourselves every afternoon after we went to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfy. The only thing I noticed was the furniture being stained which isn't a huge deal. Very spacious deck to sit on. Great location on the quiter side of town, but close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we enjoyed having a grill to ourselves. The beach amenities that the owners left access to was were perfect. We were the perfect distance to the beach, the private bay, and the pool. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves most evenings. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Gulf Shores!!

This place was awesome! The location was perfect with the beach only 100 yards away and the lagoon right out your back door! My kids loved the small pool. The accommodations were right on. We were about 4 miles from all the hustle of commercial attractions so it was much quieter. We tried the Hangout, the Track and even did a little shopping at the Tanger outlet mall. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great fit for our family of 5. Close to the beach, the bay, and the pool. We had the pool to ourselves most evenings. Enjoyed having our own grill to cook on and the closet full of beach amenities that the owners allowed us to use! The house was clean and comfortable. The private beach area on the bayside was perfect for our 3 year old grandson! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Gulf Shores!!

We had a great beach vacation! The ocean was just about 100 yards south and the lagoon 25 yards north. Everything we needed was in the condo. Will definitely try to stay in this condo next time.

This was an excellent stay. The beach house was located on the more quiet side of Gulf Shores and we appreciated the un-crowded beachfront and less traffic. The house itself had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, appliance and gadget. The grill was also great and we had a feast one night after spending the day at the beach. The washer and dryer was super convenient to keep the amount of sand we took home to a minimum. We should have read the welcome letter from the owners sooner, as we didn't realize there was a treasure trove of beach umbrellas, chairs, and a beach cart in the storage room until halfway through. So nice!! The kids loved the little pool, especially our baby because it was super warm. The bedrooms were very comfortable. You can see the ocean from the deck, so we enjoyed eating breakfast outside every day. The location is so great, it truly is the best of both worlds- with a short walk across the street to the ocean, and the pretty sunset over the lagoon and dock on the back side. Husband caught a fish off the dock within the first 5 minutes. We had a wonderful time!

Great location, close to beach and lagoon. One of the cleanest and well stocked condos I have rented. Kitchen has everything you will need. I liked that it was a townhome which gives you more room. There are 2 outdoor decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. We grilled out a couple of times. We shopped at the outlet mall in Foley and Visited Fairhope, AL which has tons of stores. I would recommend The Beach House, Original Oyster House, Acme Oyster House, Lulu's and Bahama Bob's for great food. I highly recommend this condo and will stay here again my next trip.

We arrived early morning of the 8th and had a very enjoyable time. The condo was clean and neat. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The Shrimp Fest was going on and the road was closed off in town but we were close enough to all the excitement. I really enjoyed the location. The beach was right across the street with easy access. We spent most of the days there and enjoyed the restaurants at night. It was a great time had by all. We will definitely book this condo again.

Took a trip to gulf shores for a fishing trip. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. It was also larger than most of the condos. Beach was easy to get to and there is a lagoon and pier to fish off of. Liked having a grill at the condo instead of a community grill. Also enjoyed the large deck. Will definitely rent here again. they will let you bring your dog and most places will not.

Our family of 6 plus our dog stayed there front May 16 to the 24. The weather was amazing. The ocean is not as clear as Destin FL, but is still very nice. Gulf Shores have a few attractions that you can not miss. The "Little ZOO that could "( hold animals like, a Boa snake, baby tigers, Alligator, lemurs, kangaroo etc) and the Estuarium (sting rays and shark petting display and 100% educational) were the family favorites. The apartment is not the one on the picture but the one right behind it, which was well equipped, very clean, freshly painted, with a huge deck that we truly enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of parking space and a private boat ramp and covered dock. Our dog was welcomed at the lake and at the beach, and that was the main reason we chose this place over so many options. We will probably be back next year. Hope this review helps you decide where to book.

My family of 3 joined some friends of ours, another family of 3, and the condo was perfect. Located close to the lagoon and beach, we were well rested and our every need was met. The leasing company was very easy to deal with and kind. The condo boasts an outside shower, plenty of balcony space for outside eating, and the bedrooms were very spacious. We set up a pack n play for my young daughter and we still had tons of room in our bedroom.

Our family of 7 arrived on August 3 and it was very clean and ready for us. Very easy to obtain through Poole and associates. Very helpful and very easy! I would recommend Poole and associates for any of your vacation rentals.

The condo was squeaky clean, furnished nicely and had lots of space. The neighbors we meet were super nice. They helped with fishing tips when we fished of the dock. It had everything you would need to cook a big family sized meal. We used the grill the first couple of nights and enjoyed the setting out on the deck just soaking in the view. Then later that week went to Lulu's and the Hangout for dinner. They were so close and convenient. We had a blast. Our days were spent at the beach, which was just a hope skip and a jump away. The beach was beautiful. It was nice and not overcrowded. We absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this condo.

Stayed the long weekend and had a wonderful time. Nice big deck, well stocked kitchen, charcoal grill and outside shower. Beach is not as crowded as east end and not as much traffic. Quiet complex with easy beach access and small pool. Would stay there again and recommend. Rental company was very helpful and responded to inquiries in a very timely manner.
