Very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone who wants to stay at Gulf Shoes beach.

Everything was exceptionally clean. We had an amazing experience. Perfect size for our girls trip. Your condo had everything we needed as an amazing price. We will definitely rent from Poole again.

Very nice, quiet place and convenient to down town Gulf Shores.

Everything was good in the unit. Clean and well managed. They do need to replace the handle on the sliding glass door.

Simply perfect

Beautiful home, exactly as advertised. Top notch view, exceptional cleaning practices and friendly service. We arrived early and Kim got us into our condo almost immediately. An exceptional stay and we will absolutely book again.

Vacation 2021

by Paige 2021-07-11

The only issue we had was that the elevator broke the week we arrived and didn't get fixed while we were there. Lots of steps to climb while carrying groceries and luggage. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family.

Mixed feelings

by Amy 2021-05-28

Pros: Great location. Loved how close walking to the beach was. View was great. Unit was quiet, except for some occasional construction coming from the unit below. Felt very safe there, which was nice since I was by myself with teenagers. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room and unit was very clean. Check in was easy and ladies were very nice at the office. Check out was easy too. Cons. Ok. Big one. Elevator wasn't working the entire stay. This was a huge reason I booked this spot, since we were on the TOP floor. That's 5 stories. It was awful. Second big one. Pool was out of service the whole stay. Sometimes you don't want to be at the beach. Especially since 3 days were red flags. False advertising on the balcony furniture. Pictures show a nice table/chairs with other furniture. All we had were 2 lifeguard chairs. Such a big balcony too. Balcony had a locked storage unit, which I'm assuming had the furniture in the pictures inside. The couch had an air mattress. No air pump to be found, which didn't matter since the mattress wouldn't seal. Overall I would stay again if I could be promised for what was advertised. Feel jipped a little. I'm understanding things happen, but be up front.

Would of rather had an end unit closes to the beach, and have full beach/ocean view. Front door knob was very hard to unlock, and no porch light. But enjoyed the stay...

Loved the location the beach was right out the back of the condo. Gorgeous view from the balcony. The condo itself was adorable and very well stocked also very clean. Extremely close to all attractions and very practical. I will definitely book a stay again!!! I highly recommend this condo!!

Very nice condo

Awesome Location

by Pam 2018-09-10

Very much enjoyed this condo. Had everything we needed and more. Great beach access and a nice pool. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Only problem we had was the wifi was spotty and wouldn't connect most of the trip. Made it difficult to try and work.

Great views and location

Had a great time, condo was very well supplied with extras.Wish we had more time to stay.

Great condo!! Very comfortable and had everything needed to make for a great vacation getaway!!

by Penny M. 2017-04-05

This was a great little condo. It had everything needed for our stay. Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. Liked that it was a smaller 4 story unit so you didn't have lots of crowds. Would definitely stay again!!

by Lynette 2016-08-08

enjoyed our stay!! the only bad thing was not enough toilet paper for the first night. when you are tired from the drive and have to get out again it is not a good start on vacation. other than that everything was good.

thank you for sharing your condo with us. we really enjoyed our stay. the only thing I would recommend is that you furnish at lease enough toilet paper for the first night. it's hard to realize that you don't have enough and you are exhausted from the trip and have to go to the store and can not wait until the next day. other than that we would stay again..

Family Vacation

by Susie 2016-07-18

This was our second stay in this Condo and renting through Poole Properties. The condo is excellent. The condo was just as pictured, very clean and in a great location. We had 6 people in the condo and we were all very comfortable. WI-FI is hit and miss. The only complaint I have was we arrived earlier than expected (12:45-1:00p),mostly due to the time change, and I contacted Poole Properties to let them know we were early and was told to call back at 2:00. We went and had lunch and I called them back and was told that we would still not be able to check in until 3:15-3:30. So needless to say we basically were sitting in a parking lot with our cars fully loaded for another hour. So don't expect to arrive early and check in early, because they will remind you that check in is between 3-5.

Lovely condo

by Jill 2016-06-21

The condo was clean and spacious - just like the pictures. We loved the view from the big balcony and the chairs and sand toys provided. The elevator in the building was out one day but just once. We loved our stay.

This unit suited our family of four for a week. It was clean and close enough to entertainment without being right in the middle
