As you enter the property, you'll find a guard shack where you can obtain parking passes and any necessary information about the complex. This gated resort community offers a wide range of amenities, including tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the delightful Sassy Bass restaurant for dining. You'll appreciate the private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The complex offers activities suitable for all ages, making it a perfect choice for family getaways. Plus, the renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Club and its fantastic restaurant are located just a short walk away. In addition, you're only a 15-minute drive from the numerous attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Please note that boats are not allowed on the property.
Inside the condo, you'll discover a comfortable and well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the necessary appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups/glasses, and plates to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats six, and there are on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.
The owner is open to long-term rentals or snowbirds starting on August 1.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made prior to October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
