7 days prior to approval, you will receive an email with all the information you need. You also will have access to your check-in information 24/7 through the guest portal, Happy Stays.

Can I check-in or check-out early?

It depends! It is dependent on the guest who is staying before and/or after you; we will let you know 24 hours prior to your arrival what your early or late options are. There is an additional charge of up to half of the nightly rent, however, for a early check-in or late check-out. Please call our office at 251-948-8030 to see if you qualify 24 hours prior to arrival.

When is the final payment due?

Full balance of fees is due 60 days prior to a guests arrival, and if not received your credit card will be charged per the rental agreement.
