The beach behind Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is very important to the local kiddos as it is the site of our annual Easter Egg Hunt & Bunny Drop. Offering face painting, crafting adventures, and an Easter egg hunt that begins at noon on Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny will skydive onto the beach after the hunt and pose for pictures with the kiddos after landing.

Will it be possible to swim in the ocean during our Easter visit?
The answer to this question is dependent upon a few things. First, when will Easter occur during your visit? If it is later in April, then most likely the answer will be yes. Secondly, are you from a colder climate? If your answer is yes, then again, our answer will be yes! Although it doesn’t get really cold in Gulf Shores, March visitors may not be able to handle the cold waters unless they are from colder parts of the world.
