Is there a minimum age required to rent one of your condos?
There is: the minimum age to book is 25, and someone of that age must be on the premises during the reservation dates.

What is supplied by your condos for my stay?
As our properties are individually owned, it varies, but an initial set-up of one trash bag per trash can, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher detergent pack is provided. Additionally, each property is stocked with a towel and washcloth per person it sleeps.

I might have an extra car: is there overflow parking?
The HOA determines the number of parking spots per property, which is usually two per reservation. Vehicles like RVs, boats, motor homes, trailers, etc. are not permitted without prior written approval by us, and they will be towed at the guests expense if they lack parking passes.
