Our two bedroom unit sleeps six comfortably. The guest bedroom has bunk beds along with a single bed. The master offers a queen bed, a balcony entrance, and an en suite for your privacy. You will also find a sleeper in the living room for you extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide free wifi for your use, so you don't miss a beat while relaxing at the beach!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

This complex is a 100% SMOKE FREE COMPLEX. Smoking on balcony is not allowed.
Quoted price includes one Parking Pass. You can purchase one additional pass. (Maximum: 2) This association will not allow a 3rd vehicle pass.
There is no “assigned” parking at Gulf Village.
Any owner or renter may park in any parking space regardless of building they are staying in, including the cottages.
The parking spaces under each unit do not specifically belong to that unit.
All parking spaces are common area.
