Outside the condo, you will find a beautiful pool area, barbecue area with picnic tables, covered parking for your vehicle, easy direct beach access, and much more. This condo is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, close to all of the best attractions in the area. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Quoted price includes a single Parking Pass. Up to one additional Parking Pass may be purchased upon arrival.
