Welcome to The Landing! This quiet and low density complex is approximately 3.5 miles down West Beach Blvd so you’re still close to all the action. The complex is convenient to shopping, dining, and fun in the sun. Also, there is free internet that is available during your stay. While here, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, BBQ grills, the pier on Little Lagoon, and the beautiful white sand beach that Gulf Shores is known for are just across the street! Bring the boat and take advantage of the boat slips and dock!
Inside this freshly updated condo, there are queen beds in both bedrooms. With a queen sleeper sofa, this unit is perfect for a family of six. The rest of the condo is comfortable and well equipped. We look forward to hearing about how much fun you have on your vacation!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
