The accommodation features 2.5 baths and a generous living and dining space that seamlessly merges into a large, fully equipped kitchen, ready to assist in preparing your fresh catch of the day. Additionally, complimentary WIFI is available for your convenience.
Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 cars. Linens are provided, although guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property and are required to provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $225. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.
