One of the best views in Gulf Shores and all you have to do is walk in the door. The living room and dining areas are huge with floor to ceiling glass. You can sit in the cool air of this condo and see forever. This beauty has over 1230 square feet for you to roam around in. It is tastefully decorated and also has a very comfortable feel. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedrooms are large. and the master with a king size bed is very cozy and has a TV. The other bedroom has Queen and a bunk bed with a twin and full size mattress, and you still have a lot of room for the kids to play. The balcony has all the room you need to get that great tan. New flooring and carpet has been added, giving a fresh feel to your stay here at Sanibel. There is a stack washer/ dryer in the condo.
West elevator is down. Only 1 working elevator. 6/15
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
