The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms and the living room have TV's. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, if the need to do laundry arises during your stay. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum. 

Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
