There have been a ton of recent upgrades to this amazing home. Freshly renovated in 2021! The home has new hardwood floors and new paint throughout, totally remodeled kitchen with new island and new appliances. There are now 2 massive master suites, each features a king bed, flat screen TV, huge master bathrooms. The third bedroom also features a king bed with a unique lookout spot, perfect to watch all the beach goers and catch a glimpse as the tide rolls in. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV with a shared bath. There is also a fifth bedroom featuring built-in bunks with each bunk having it’s own flat screen TV. There are a total of 5 bathroom, 4 in the house and one that is pool side for easy access! The house sleeps 12 comfortably and has a total of 8 TV’s as well as a projector outside to enjoy the outdoor space!
The location of this property is perfect, just a block from the beach and a short walk or drive to many of the great shopping and dining options that Gulf Shores has to offer. There are many other fun activities to plan while you were in town, from “The Little Zoo that could” that you’ve seen on TV, to OWA theme park if you need a little excitement in your life! There are too many great options to list, but come and explore this beautiful area and see for yourself. We can’t wait to hear about the amazing time you had at our property.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
