ABOUT OUR GULF SHORES PLANTATION CONDO:
Our privately owned, 2nd floor, gulf view 2BR/2BA non-smoking condominium is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, small appliances including a coffee maker, dishware, flatware, pots and pans. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen-size bed, and 32" flat screen TV. The guest room has a bunk bed with a full and a twin size bed, adjacent bath and 29" flat screen TV. The living room has a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping room.
We have added special touches such as books and games for the kids, black out curtains, toys for the beach and chairs on the balcony to have a drink while you listen to the waves.
*This unit comfortably accommodates 6 adults or 2 adults and 4 children.
AMENITIES AT THE PLANTATION RESORT:
24-hour on-site security, outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, brand new fitness center, sauna and steam room. Also, several well-
lit tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, outdoor hot tubs, indoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, bar & grill, beach store, umbrella/chair rental on the beach, outdoor barbecue grills, conveniently located laundry facilities & free wireless internet throughout the resort. Play 18 at the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course, which is rated as one of the Best Public Courses in the country by Golf Digest Magazine. Kiva Dunes is located adjacent to the property, within walking distance of our condo.
