Across the street, you will find many restaurants including, Another Broken Egg Café, Doc’s Seafood, O’Choppers Irish Pub, Lunas, and Cosmos. Gulf Coast Paddle Company is also across the street where you can rent kayaks and paddleboards.
This condo is perfect for your next family vacation! Inside you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for relaxing and having your own piece of paradise. The second bedroom is furnished with one full bed as well as a set of twin bunks. The living room features a sleeper sofa to accommodate your additional guests. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils- ready to cook up your catch of the day! You can also enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the view of the bay from your balcony, right off the living room.
There is not an elevator at this property.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Additional Information:Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
