The first of four bedrooms features a King suite with flat screen TV and private bath. The second suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The third bedroom has a great queen bed, and the fourth has two twin beds. This property can comfortably sleep 10 guests utilizing the sleeper sofa. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
