You will enjoy the private, sugar-white, beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. There are activities available to all ages and perfect for family getaways! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the awesome Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus, you are just a 15 minute drive from all of the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer! No boats are allowed on property.

The balcony has a great peek of the Gulf and the pool area. You will not be disappointed for sure! To make your vacation as relaxing and stress free as possible. The owner has provided a beach cart, a couple reusable beach chairs and some toys for your use.
There are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience. This is located on the first floor behind the elevator.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
