Surfside Shores is a low-density condominium featuring 200 feet of private white beach, two large beachside heated pools, and two kiddie pools.  It is a quiet, family-friendly complex with on-site parking and security.  Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent as well as parasailing, jet-skis, and much, much more.  There are ample chairs and chaise lounges poolside, as well as restrooms and vending machines.  There is also a landscaped area with a BBQ area, and a grassy area suitable for Frisbee, flag football, or for the kids to play!  Located one mile from intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, it is convenient to major shops, restaurants, The Hangout, The Pink Pony, and other attractions. 

When you arrive at the condo, you will find a beautifully decorated two bedroom/two bath unit with two entries to the fantastic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The updated, fully equipped kitchen and tasteful decor are only the start. The living room has a sleeper sofa and two comfy recliners to enjoy the large flat screen TV.  The master suite has balcony access, a great king bed, flat screen TV, as well as a private entry to the bath. The guest suite, also well appointed, featured a queen bed, flat screen TV, and beautifully updated private bath.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
