After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Fitness room and sauna are still closed. There is still painting going on and carpet being installed in the common areas. Owners are allowed to do work in their units under the city noise ordinances the hours are between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and up to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
