You'll have access to beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent, as well as thrilling activities like parasailing and jet-skis. The poolside area provides ample seating with chairs and chaise lounges, alongside restrooms and convenient vending machines. Additionally, there's a beautifully landscaped area featuring a BBQ space and a grassy area perfect for games and recreation.
Surf Side Shores is conveniently situated just one mile from the intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, offering easy access to major shops, restaurants, and attractions, including The Hangout and The Pink Pony.

This unit is a spacious and updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront condominium located on the 7th floor, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. As you enter, you'll find an updated kitchen fully equipped to prepare substantial meals, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area features a table expandable to seat six people, with two additional guests accommodated at the kitchen bar. The living area includes a 42-inch flat-screen television with a Blu-ray player, and you'll have access to FREE WIFI during your stay.
The condo boasts two balconies: one with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, ideal for admiring stunning sunsets, and a wrap-around balcony offering views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay. The master suite includes a king bed and opens onto the beachfront balcony. The middle bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and opens onto the wrap-around balcony overlooking the bay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat-screen television. With a new sofa bed in the den, this unit comfortably sleeps eight people.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there's a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Surf Side Shores is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. You must purchase each parking pass, with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation.
- HOA has now said long-term renters will need a new parking 
  pass every 30 days. The cost is $40. 
- For renters staying up to 14 days the parking pass charge is 
  $30 starting in January.  Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and no pets are allowed. Please feel free to inquire about monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February, providing an excellent option for extended stays. Enjoy your stay at Surf Side Shores!"
