The complex is awesome as the Phoenix properties offer the best of the best.  From the workout facilities to the awesome indoor and outdoor pools, there is something for everyone. Located right in the heart of Orange Beach, you'll be close to all the local attractions like shopping, dining, and tons of fun in the sun!

This 14th floor two bedroom/two bath unit offers incredible views!  The Master bedroom features and King bed and TV with Blu-Ray player.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with Blu-Ray player as well.  There is a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.  The kitchen is well appointed and the dining table seats six.  A washer and dryer is in the unit for your convenience. 

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes handled On-Site by Association – Charges may apply.
