Gulf-front heated indoor pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, large beach-side outdoor pool with lounge area, playground, BBQ area, covered parking, two high-speed elevators and 150 feet of white sandy beach.  After a day of fun in the sun, kick back and relax on your private balcony and enjoy the view while you breathe in the salty air. 

Island Tower Penthouse East has it all. 2400 sq ft to spread out with the entire family. The views from this 26th floor unit are absolutely stunning.  The living area features amazing glass walls, comfortable seating for seven, a dining table for eight, and four additional bar stools surround the kitchen.  The kitchen has beautiful, modern cabinetry and granite counter tops. All stainless steel appliances, double oven and drop in cook top. There is also a large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The Gulf front master suite is amazing!  Lots of room with a private balcony, a King sized Bed, flat screen TV, and one of the most beautiful master bathrooms you will find! The complex amenities are fantastic as well. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor infinity lap pool. The BBQ area, located on the East side of the complex, is a great place for the family!. The kids can play in the sand or swing in the swings. There is also an exercise room to keep that beach body in shape and covered parking in the parking garage.

 

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
