Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Reservation includes a single parking pass. Up to one additional parking pass may be purchased for $30 upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. During special holiday time periods (Hangout Fest weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Saturday to Saturday during week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, and Shrimp Fest weekend) 3 bedroom units are limited to TWO parking passes, and 2 bedroom units are limited to ONE parking pass.
